Monday and Tuesday Statistics : On comparing with Monday which had a minimum temperature of 7 degrees Celsius while the maximum was 22, Tuesday’s weather is colder than Monday with a minimum temperature of 3.2 degrees Celsius and a maximum at 21 degrees Celsius. Similarly, the Air quality index was 332 on Monday and reaches 363 on Tuesday marking it as very poor air quality. Cold wave : The city continues to shiver as the cold wave swipes it on Monday and Tuesday too with shallow fog.As the city is facing the coldest day of the year today, Lodhi road continues to be the coldest area at 3.1 degrees Celsius. IMD Forecast : According to the India Meteorological Department, the national capital is likely to see some changes in the weather phenomenon. Over seven days from Wednesday due to the arrival of two consecutive western disturbances. It may end cold waves, lead to cloudiness, change the wind directions. To warm and moist easterly winds, and possibly drizzle by the weekend. IMD further added that the Minimum temperature could be near 4 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. Yesterday, Bipin Rawat traveled with his wife and 12 others in an Army Force helicopter which got crashed shortly after in Tamil Nadu. Chopper was just going to land in 10 more minutes as the destination wellington in the Nilgiri Hills. It as just 10 KM away from the accident place i.e Coonoor in Tamil Nadu. They were on the way to the Defence Service Staff College in Wellington where he was to deliver a lecture. His wife, president of the Defence Wives Welfare Association, was accompanied with him along with members of the CDS staff The report of the Army Force helicopter crash was around 12:20 PM. Bipin Rawat with his staff and his family members were present in the chopper at the time of the accident that took place in Coonoor. With Bipin Rawat and his wife, 12 other officials including his Defence Assistant, Security Commandos, and Air Force Personnel. The Army Force helicopter which met with this accident was a Russian-made Mi-17 V5 Chopper. Numbers of officials present in Army Force Helicopter : There were in total 14 officials including Bipin Rawat, his wife, and 12 others. Here is the list of all those officials who died in the crash. He said that he saw the chopper into flames and falling he and others then rushed to the site.Shiv Kumar in his statements included that he saw three bodies falling out of which one was alive and asking for water they pulled out the official in a bed sheet took away from the rescuer. Three hours later he told them that the man they pulled out and spoke was Bipin Rawat. This test conducted within 72 hours before then the undertaking of the journey. Airlines will allow only those passengers who have filled in the self-declaration form on Air Suvidha Portal. Have uploaded their negative Covid-19 RT- PCR report. Airlines need to inform the passengers originating or are traveling from high-risk counties of Omicron undergoing post-arrival testing. Moreover quarantine if tested negative and stringent isolation if tested positive. According to an updated list, countries designated as” at-risk” are European countries such as Brazil, Singapore, Israel, Hong Kong, New Zealand, China, the UK, South Africa, and Mauritius. Such passengers who are traveling from “at-risk” countries should also undergo RT-PCR tests post-arrival. Moreover have to wait for the results before taking the connecting flights or before moving ahead in the country.I If the passengers tested negative then they have to follow home quarantine for a week and on the 8th day. They will undergo a re-test, and further if tested negative will have to monitor their health for the next 7 days. Moreover, if the passengers tested positive then their sample will sent for genomic testing at the INSACOG laboratory network. In this case, they shall managed by different isolation facilities. The contacts of such positive cases will kept either in an institutional quarantine center or they will follow home quarantine for 14 days and have to strictly monitor their health All the passengers need to self-monitor their health for 14 days period as this precaution is necessary for them and their family members too. On February 25, The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology made new Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media ethics code rules for which they gave 3 Months deadline to the organizations till May 25. The requirement was to appoint a resident grievance officer as part of a larger grievance redressal mechanism, monthly compliance report of Indian users, active monitoring of the content of Social Media platforms. The Government of India wants to protect the rights of Indian citizens and actively monitor the platform to remove hate-mongering content and take down contain including revenge porn. According to the new IT Rules, 2021, now Digital Media platforms require a larger grievance redressal mechanism including a Chief compliance officer, a Nodal Contact Person, and a Resident Grievance Officer. The Social Media platforms will need to publish these details on their website and mobile applications. By this New Social Media Rule, Digital Media platforms need to acknowledge the complaint by the users within 24 hours and platforms will need to take any action within 15 days from the date of receipt. Though this will not change the way we usually interact with any Social Media platform. Unless you are not breaking the rules with posts that are offensive or dangerous. The only difference you will see now is quick action on the grievances received by Indian users, the Social Media platforms will need to be responsive. Add turmeric powder, a little bit of red chili powder according to taste, and saute it in low heat until potatoes are thoroughly cooked. 5. Increase the temperature and then add salt to taste and then add poha and mix it smoothly. 6.
