Delhi Dengue Report, 7000 cases in Delhi, Live Updates

Delhi is among those cities which brings some serious issues along with it. Whether is about Delhi Air Pollution or Delhi Dengue cases. Dengue cases once again shown his impact in NCR( National Capital Region). 7000 cases in Delhi, 5000 within a month which is a serious issue. According the data of MCDs over 1800 cases seen in past week alone.

According the reports Delhi has recorded 7,128 dengue cases within a year, apart from it 5000 came this November month. So what could be the possible factor of sudden rise. This is biggest landmark of cases in the city after Chikungunya outbreak in year 2015.

Sudden Rise in Cases :

According the reports of MCDs nearly 1800 cases seen in city at week alone. No new death reported in this week. Maximum number of cases reported from North Delhi areas like Civil Lines and Keshav Puram, Southwest Delhi and Najafgarh. Nearly 600 people reported as Dengue patients, while people people of outstations were traced after the investigation.

It is said that October and November reports highest number of Dengue cases. This could be due to as temperature comes down after monsoons, so it become beneficial for mosquitos to breed in clean water. January and February sees declines in the number of cases.

Dengue seems under controlled last year , as it reports 1,072 case in the city. According to data shared by the MCDs, 2.6 cumulative visits made to homes by domestic breeding checkers to check for the presence of mosquito breeding. Breeding found in 1.85 lakh houses and legal notices issued to 1.4 lakh people.

According the reports of South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) said that there seems dip in mosquitos breeding. This results dip in mosquito density too. December is on the way so due to down in temperature limits mosquito breeding said by Doctor and other Health Officials.
