<p>There is no new death, so the death toll is remained unchanged i.e., 4636. As of November 16, mainland China had 98,368 confirmed cases. The northeast city of Dalian is locked completely for safety of people.</p>



<p>Flights to Beijing from provincial capitals have been denied to one per day as the political hub awaits the ;beginning ;of winter Olympics, it will host in less than three months of time. Officials in the capital making it mandatory for all new arrivals to submit a negative test result from within 48 hours, while banning entry to travelers from middle- and high-risk regions in China to lower.</p>
